What is the 'refund policy' for items returned?
We endeavor to initiate refunds within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the returned product at our store/warehouse. Further, it may take additional 7-10 business days for the bank to process the return initiated. The refund charges will be 4% of the invoice value plus courier charges for the return to be bear by the customer.
How will I get my money back in case of a refund approved?
If you have paid for the order using a bank account/credit card/debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited back to your bank/credit card account, via NEFT/RTGS transaction initiated by us. If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option, then the required amounts shall be refunded to your bank account via NEFT/RTGS which is expected from your to share with us along with the stock return. Please note that you shall be completely responsible for providing correct bank details and we shall not be responsible if the wrong information has been provided to us. When can I expect the amount to reflect in my account after the refund initiated?
After we initiate a fund transfer request, it usually takes 7-10 working days, subject to processing time taken by the payment gateways and banks. You will be notified when a refund has been initiated by us, with a transaction reference number. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request you to share with us your bank statement.

What is the return policy applicability?
Easy Return Policy is applicable only for 2 calendar days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect, In-correct product delivered against the order, Missing parts or accessories.
