Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping cost is on us, regardless of your order value. For expedited delivery (if that option is available on site) to be delivered earlier than the standard delivery date we might charge Rs.150/- flat. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always “On Time” as a theme for SHOPPING SIMPLIFIED”.

What locations do you ship?
We ship ONLY within India and we provide shipping and cover most of the postal codes in India. Please use the Pin code availability feature to understand if we deliver to your shipping address. So, ONLY if the shipping address is in India, we can ship your order.

I have ordered already, when would you ship my order?
The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day. Delivery time varies from 3 days to 10 days depending on the pin code. The refund charges will be 4% of the invoice value plus courier charges for the return to be bear by the customer. 

Do you ship on all days?
We ship ONLY on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. If you have ordered on Sunday or Public Holiday, order confirmation happens on the next working day.

My order has more than one product. Would you ship all of them in single shipping?
While we shall endeavor to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We appreciate your understanding in this case.

Will I be notified if my order has been shipped? / How can I track my order shipment?
Yes. We will track the tracking number against order, for your account. You can call our support team or write to our support team at support@ewayz.in and check the same. You will be notified over email and/or SMS and/or Whatsup if these details are share while registering. We are still working to have tracking feature online, as soon as that is available you can start availing that online feature to track your order.

How long would it take for my order to reach the shipping address?
The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day. Delivery time varies from 3 days to 10 days depending on the pin code. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through our agreed courier agencies only. Based on experience, leading logistic partners in India have an estimated delivery time varies from 2 days to 10 days for most shipments.

Can I expedite my shipment?
Yes, our logistic partners have some charges to expedite a delivery. The following list should help:
Expedited Delivery – Rs. 150 per shipment. Delivery within 2-3 business days, available only for Metros and cities like Mumbai, New Delhi, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru along with a few other tier1/tier 2cities. We endeavor to continue to add more locations for a simplified shopping experience.
Standard Delivery – Free. 4 Days to 10 days all over India however please note We ship ONLY within India and we provide shipping and cover most of the postal codes in India. Please use the Pin code availability feature to understand if we deliver to your shipping address.
So, ONLY if the shipping address is in India, we can ship your order.

Can you deliver the same day?
We do same-day delivery in 2 metros i.e., Delhi and Mumbai only. Same day delivery can be availed at a cost of Rs.250/- per order. Valid for orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day. 

Can you deliver to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises?
Our Courier personnel is experienced at making deliveries to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises. However, please be aware to make the following information available to us during order placement:
• Hostel/Building name
• Full address and Landmark
• Telephone number of the recipient
• The name of the recipient
• Room/Cubicle/Floor number of the recipient

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to the security person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

How many delivery attempts are made?
Once by default.
The delivery of the products ordered will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order. In the case where delivery is not done due to the following reasons, our Logistic partners would hold the package at their warehouse for the next 24 hours before dispatching it back to us:
• Delivery not done due to the wrong address.
• Recipient is not available.
• Premises locked.
• Incorrect contact or extension number; contact number not working / no reply / not reachable.
• Recipient refused the products

How does Return Policy Work? 

For every return customer has to bear the cost of return courier. Once the courier is received, a refund will be initiated after deducting 4% of the invoice value.
